A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home.

Starts at £34,968 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £39,036 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

To line manage administrators in a designated administrative hub which 
may be based locally or remotely, providing essential support and
information to enable them to perform efficiently and effectively so that 
departmental goals are achieved.

 
To provide a professional, efficient and confidential level of service to a 
designated ‘principal’ at Chief Superintendent or equivalent level and 
enable support to the wider SMT. 


To act as a lead in respect of designated specialist administrative projects 
and developments. To provide the business and operational link between 
function and geographic areas and direct input into the corporate and 
consistent provision of administrative services across both Forces.
