A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home.

Starts at £23,556 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £24,462 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

To provide customer-focused administrative support for undertaking the day to day duties dealing with reactive property repair requests (“Repair Desk”); and other administration for both planned and major capital projects within the Buildings and Estate Department.

Taking of reactive repair requests via email, phone or face to face.

Trouble shooting faults and gathering additional information in order to make an informed judgement on the correct course of action.

Tasking the relevant caretaker or contractor in line with the repair desk framework whilst ensuring value for money and adhering to procurement guidelines.

Log all reactive repair requests on the in house “3i Studio” system providing the customer and contractor with clear details of the fault, identify any Health & Safety implications and information surrounding completion service level agreements.

Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office Programmes. Required to create and manage documents and spreadsheets for specific tasks.

Processing of invoices for payment following the audit guidelines set by the department.

To ensure all visiting contractors have been through the force vetting process.

Organising and recording of meetings.
