This role will require the post holder to travel to an alternative location on a regular basis to undertake the role. Journeys to the alternative location will be considered to be commuting journeys and so will need to be undertaken in own time at own expenses.
Grade 9
Internal and External Recruitment
Starts at £46,674 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £51,252 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

To act as Principal Design and Technical lead on all aspects of technical design for the future development of Alliance ICT to meet the needs of digital policing.

Ensure a consistent approach to project designs and implementation as well as ensuring a robust and dependable architecture is maintained and ensuring that all solutions take into consideration viable market trends and that all deliverables fit within organisational risk appetite.
