Alliance Firearms Licensing Administrator - Apprentice
The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.
Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

To provide an effective and efficient quality administrative service to the firearms licensing team, seeking to ensure that all firearms licensing applications are in support of legal activity.

Will being an apprentice affect my pay?
- The commencing salary during your apprenticeship will be at 80% of the annual salary £15,888 per annum (which is a Grade 3 starting salary of £19,860 per annum) rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £16,564 (which is a Grade 3 salary of £20,706 per annum) (pro rata for part time working).
- Once the apprenticeship has been successfully completed you will receive 100% of the annual salary (starting salary £19,860 per annum rising by yearly increments to £20,706 per annum)
