Salary: Grade 7 - Starts at £38,169 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £42,612 per annum Please note that the above salary is based on working 37 hours per week. If this role is part-time or you are appointed on a part-time basis your salary will be prorated to reflect this. Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Devon and Cornwall or Dorset Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.Type of employment: Permanent
A rare opportunity to work within a busy PMO and Change function within the Digital Engagement Arm in ICT.
Our analysts in change work on a diverse portfolio with multiple operational partners across Devon and Cornwall and Dorset, and they also work with peers across all teams. There are opportunities to learn about key business areas, work alongside Project Managers and be instrumental in shaping change governance processes and practice.

The change function is the foundation for work scheduling across our department, managing demand in and out. Analysts are engaged in the delivery of change and will feed into and champion its governance through best practice. The successful individual will benefit from experience in stakeholder engagement, an ability to take people on a journey with them through the lifecycle of a change and diligence with documentation and best practice, including interpreting requirements into tasking.
A hybrid role, that affords flexible working but brings the team together in person on a regular basis.

Selection Stage:
The selection for this role will consist of Shortlisting, Interview.
Applications will be anonymised and then shortlisted by the shortlisting panel. Following the shortlisting you will be notified of the recruitment decision via email along with feedback on your application.
If successful, you will then be invited to an interview. This will be based on the Competency Values Framework at Level 1, 2 or 3 as detailed in the role profile/job description and additional CVF document.
The interview process is due to take place week commencing 1 December 2025.
