A Static-Worker has little or no opportunity to work remotely as they need to carry out their work at a specific force premises, this could be for a number of reasons including the location of equipment. 
Grade 8
Internal and External Recruitment
Starts at £40,950 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £45,546 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

  Accredited Financial Investigator

Working in this role you will provide all aspects of financial investigation and support to B.C.U. so that local and force policy in respect of the Proceeds of Crime Act, Money Laundering and Drugs Offences can be achieved.  This will include:-

 

  • All confiscation/restraint under P.O.C.A.
  • Cash Seizures over £1,000
  • Provide advice on investigation/intelligence development of Money Laundering and Drugs Investigations.
  • Provide financial intelligence in support of Major Investigations.

You will also be expected to provide advice and assistance in the obtaining of Production Orders.
