Restorative Solutions have an opportunity for a new part time role, to join our team of staff and volunteers who deliver Restorative Justice (RJ) to victims of crime and other Restorative Interventions in Dorset, a service commissioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner.

The role is to administer the delivery of RJ and restorative interventions within the Immediate Justice scheme and is temporary until 31st March 2025.  It will include the co-ordination of referrals and enquiries to the service, the management of records on the service case management system and production of performance reports, assistance with the management of a team of volunteer RJ practitioners, and coordination of social media channels.

We are looking for someone with strong ICT skills, including use of databases and spreadsheets, good oral and written communication skills, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.   Additional training in the basics of restorative practice will be provided.  

Location: Home based but includes some travel across Dorset

Hours: 10 hours/week; schedule to be agreed with the Service Delivery Manager.

Salary: £12 /hour.

Fixed term until 31st March 2025
