A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home. 
This role will require the post holder to travel to alternative locations on an ad hoc basis to undertake the role, travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with force policy.
Grade 4

Starts at £24,921 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £27,351 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

To provide a professional and confidential support to the Programme Senior Managers in the delivery of the Modern Slavery programme. This support may cover some of the key responsibilities set out below along with other tasks within keeping with the grade of the role:  In particular to:

 

  • Manage the tasking and delivery of tasks as required by the administration team ensuring they are completed on time and to a required standard
  • Maintain and manage department registers such as the asset register
  • Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and project a professional image and high degree of customer focus.
  • Provide support to all members of the MSPTU senior management team
  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of specific key tasks working with limited supervision
  • Setting up, monitoring submissions, circulating papers and recording key programme related meetings
  • Organise and arrange events as required by the programme including booking venues, inviting attendees and managing the event on the day
  • Deputise for the Modern Slavery Portfolio Coordinator at various high-level meetings as required
  • To complete other ad hoc programme related tasks
