A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home. 
Grade 4

Starts at £24,921 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £27,351 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

About the role

Are you an organised individual and a strong team player?

Do you have the skills and ability to accurate record data to enable the production of resource plans?

Can you produce report and analysis to assist managers with future resourcing decisions?

If you are interested in this busy but exciting role with a drive to contribute to effective operational policing then the Resource Management Planning role offers a real opportunity within the Police Family.

To deliver effective resource plans for operational policing in order to meet the complex needs of a variety of business areas.

The role is focussing specifically on the Contact Centre and Control Room using a workforce management tool called Verint.

The roles can be based either at Crownhill Police Station, Plymouth or Police Headquarters, Middlemoor, Exeter. After an initial period of training you could also have some flexibility to work from home/remotely.

 Please be advised that this role has a 5 week shift pattern but is subject to a review that is currently on going and is likely to result in a 1-weekend-in-three pattern being implemented in 2023.
