A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home.

Starts at £23,556 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £24,462 per annum

The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.

Please note: Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same grade.

To provide a professional and confidential administrative service to identified customers (individual, team, or unit).  This support may cover, in varying proportions, all or some of the key responsibilities set out in the Role Profile, along with other administrative support tasks in keeping with the grade of the role.

This is a part time position of 23 hours per week across Monday, Thursday and Friday.

During the six-month probationary period the successful candidate will be based at the office in Crownhill.  Following the successful completion of the probationary period the role will become hybrid, with the opportunity to work from the office or home.
